Yota Metaxa

Born in 1999, I have been an art-lover since my childhood, growing up to be currently working as a photographer and videographer with a total experience of 8 years, 4 of them professionally.

I started my professional career providing services as a wedding/baptism photographer and, as I entered "Photography & Audiovisual Arts" Department of University of West Attica, where I was given the chance to experiment with different kind of projects, I realised there are a lot of other domains that are much more to my liking. In the years to follow, I worked professionally on commercial photography and video-making, music videos, portraits and event photography-videography, while also practising on art photography, movie-making, portrait photography, collages and installations on my own. I am also practising in other art forms, such as drawing & miniature painting.

During this period I am working as an event video-maker in an indoor children's theatre and play center and as a mayor's personal photographer.
